The Cabin

The Flying Pig Lodge has the perfect layout for hosting your family and friends. This brand new custom built luxury cabin is outfitted with high end furniture and all the amenities a party of sixteen (16) could need. Your guests will find the cabin spaciously comfortable.

The great room features a cozy living room with gas fireplace, perfect for watching the 4k smart TV or movies with the family. The focal point of the dining room is our 12’ live edge walnut table with epoxy center which seats up to fourteen (14). This table is great for special meals or family game nights. Nearby, the large custom granite countertop seats an additional seven. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make extravagant or quick and easy meals. Off the kitchen, you will find a walk-in pantry, a large laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer, and a mud-room.

The five king bedrooms are all oversized with en-suite bathrooms. Each king bedroom is individually climate controlled and all have soundproof walls and ceilings. A 4k smart TV is mounted in all king bedrooms and includes cable as well as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. The master bath features a three step walk-in tub and an 11’ walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, including a rainfall shower. The custom designed bunk room has six built-in twin- xl bunk beds. Each with its own USB port, light, fan, and privacy curtain. When it is time for lights out for the kids, the adults have lighting control in the lower living room. Accessed only through one of the king bedrooms, the home has a private nursery (optional with additional fee per stay) with crib, glider-rocker, changing table, and highchair.

The cabin has two additional living areas. The upstairs living area features a poker table, variety of board games, and reading nook. The lower level living area features a gas fireplace, gaming setup for video games as well as a pool table and foosball table. Your family and friends will have plenty of options for entertainment and enjoyment. Did we mention the movie theater popcorn maker? While in the lower level living area watching your favorite movie, please enjoy freshly made buttery popcorn with our vintage popcorn maker, popcorn included.

Not to be outdone by the interior of the home, the exterior has just as much to offer. The home features two decks, approximately 1700 square feet, which exit the main and lower levels from the living areas and bedrooms. Both decks feature plenty of seating with swings, rocking chairs, couches, and bar top stools. The lower deck comes with a large eight (8) person hot tub, grill, and outdoor speakers. In addition to the porches, we have a flat parking lot with a basketball goal and two flat yards for games like corn hole (we have the boards). The custom built stone firepit is where our guests enjoy time together the most. Overlooking Mount LeConte, the views are amazing and the S’mores are fantastic!

Beyond all that the Flying Pig Lodge has to offer, we are still conveniently located to everything in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is a short drive of 5 to 11 miles to major attractions, including the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
